Six hundred homes, one gate.

For estates and gated communities. Resident self-service, contractor passes, multi-gate routing and analytics on every gate, every house, every hour.

A Saturday in Karen · 480-home estate

"It's Mama Wanjiku's birthday — she's pre-approved 32 guests on her phone. Each guest enters a code at the main gate and walks through. The service gate stays empty for the day. By Monday, the chairman has the day's full record on a single page."

For the estate build

The estate-grade spine.

Multi-gate, one identity.

Main gate, service gate, jogger's gate — same identity model, same household concept, same audit log. Routing per gate, with its own throughput and analytics.

Contractors, approved upstream.

Domestic staff, gardeners, vendors and tradesmen — registered to households, approved by the chair, badged at the gate every shift.

Bulk invitations & events.

An AGM, a wedding, a launch — one window of approved arrivals, time-bounded, expiring on its own. The big day stops being a stress test for the gate.

Shifts, roster & handover.

Shift book that fills itself in. Sick-leave reassignments managed once at HQ. Handover happens on the phone, not the radio.

Incidents, escalated.

An emergency button on a guard's phone reaches the right committee member in seconds — with a photo, a GPS pin, a category, and a clock that doesn't reset.

Committee & board packs.

Estate-wide notices with read-receipts — and a board pack that has the estate's record, not the chair's anecdotes, at its centre.

Estate questions

Before you ask.

What's needed at the gate, and who provides it?+
A guard device — an Android tablet or phone, included in the one-off setup fee — and a working internet connection at the gate. The estate provides power and connectivity; we provide and configure the software and the device. The platform is hardware-agnostic at the keypad layer, so existing access hardware can usually be kept.
What happens at the gate if the internet goes down?+
Pre-approved codes are validated locally and keep working through connectivity drops. Events queue and write to the append-only audit ledger once the connection is back — no entry is missed or unlogged.
Can residents who don't use the app still get in?+
Yes. Manual gate logging continues for anyone who declines the app or has no smartphone, and visitors can reply to the invitation SMS from any phone. Manual entries land in the same audit record as digital ones — no-one is locked out.
