Secure Labs  /  Property types  /  Commercial Building

The office, operated like the company inside it.

For company headquarters and multi-tenant office buildings. Staff access live on day one, revoked on the last — and every client, vendor and contractor managed by the company that invited them.

A Monday at Upperhill · 340 staff · one company · one building

"The new analyst starts on Monday. By 9am her access is live — the guard's app knows her, the gate accepts her code. On Thursday the consultant whose contract ended the day before tries the lobby. He's already off the list. No helpdesk ticket. No one had to remember."

For the commercial build

Six things that actually change.

Company self-administration.

The tenant admin sets up the company, adds employees, and manages visitors — without depending on the building manager for anything. Each company runs its own floor.

Staff access from day one.

New starter added to the roster — access is live at the gate before they arrive. Leaver removed — access is gone by close of business. No manual update, no helpdesk ticket.

Employee-issued visitor passes.

Every staff member invites their own clients, vendors and consultants through their phone. Reception is notified. The visit is logged to the employee who issued the pass.

Contractor and vendor passes.

Time-bounded access for IT crews, auditors and maintenance. Approved by the company, not the building manager. Expires at the end of the window — automatically.

Per-company isolation.

In a shared building, each company sees only its own employees and records. The company on floor 3 cannot see floor 7's visitor log — and neither can the building manager.

Walk-ins handled at reception.

Unannounced visitors are registered at the desk. The host employee gets a notification and approves in seconds. The visit is logged to their account.

A day at the building

What it looks like.

07:30

Night desk closes.

Outgoing guard's shift log seals. Incoming guard sees the overnight exceptions before stepping onto the desk.

09:00

Client delegation arrives.

Pre-approved by the account manager the evening before. Gate validates, lobby is notified, visit logged to her account.

11:00

IT vendor on a time-bounded pass.

Valid 09:00–14:00. Arrives at 11, clears the building by 13:45. The pass expires on its own — no one has to remember to revoke it.

14:30

Walk-in courier at reception.

Guard logs the arrival. Office manager approves from her desk. Visit recorded.

17:00

Leaver's last day.

Access revoked at close of business — automatically. No call to building management. No overnight window.

17:45

Day's record sealed.

Every employee entry, every visitor, every contractor — one export, available now.
